 School uniform alterations

Shortening children's trousers
  1. Turn the trousers up inside the leg to the length you require.
  2. Place a pin through to secure the material turned up on the inside.
  3. Measure the amount to be shortened.
  4. Now measure the inside leg seam, in inches, from the crotch to the ankle where the new hem will be. 
  5. Fill in the online ordering form and post the garments to us.

Lengthening children's trousers

  1. Based on the material that is on your existing hem.
  2. If you have a standard trousers hem of 1½ inches, we can lengthen the trousers by a maximum of 1¼ inches.
  3. If you require the trousers to be lengthened by less, please specify your desired length in inches, for example: "Lengthened by ½ inch".
  4. Fill in the online ordering form and post the garments to us.

 

Shortening school skirts

  1. Turn the skirt up inside to the length you require.
  2. Place a pin through to secure the material turned up on the inside.
  3. Measure the amount to be shortened, in inches.
  4. Finally measure from the very top of the waist band down to the end of the skirt where the new hem will be.
  5. Leave the pins in and include the measurements when you post the skirt to us.

 

Sew on Badge

  1. Pin badges or school emblems onto the blazer in the position you require.
  2. Fill in the online order form and post the garments to us.
  3. That’s all there is to it!
